BACKGROUND:
On 2019-06-20 WE-OMC/432/DV was sent to WE-OMC Member Bodies who were requested to approve of China Classification Society Certification Company as an RETL for Power Curve measurements & Loads testing.

The results of voting (WE-OMC/453/RV) were published on 2019-08-05. Out of the 11
WE-OMC voting Member Bodies, 11 voted in favour of China Classification Society Certification Company as an RETL for Power Curve measurements & Loads testing.

Therefore, in accordance with the approved IECRE Rules, this is now being submitted for ratification to the REMC.

ACTION:
The REMC Member Bodies to ratify China Classification Society Certification Company as an RETL for Power Curve measurements & Loads testing, effective immediately. Ballots are to be returned to the IECRE Secretariat (secretariat@iecre.org) no later than 2019-09-20.

NOTE: USNC/IECRE ballots are to be submitted within thirty days to allow for resolution of any comments prior to the IEC deadline.
