BACKGROUND:
On 2018-07-19 WE-OMC/313/DV was sent to WE-OMC Member Bodies who were requested to provide approval of Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult as an RETL. The results of voting (WE-OMC/333/RV) were published on 2018-09-03. All of the WE-OMC Member Bodies voted in favour of Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult to operate as RETL for Blade testing.

Therefore, in accordance with the approved WE-OMC transition plan, this is now being submitted for ratification to the REMC.

ACTION:
The REMC Member Bodies to ratify Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult for RETL status, effective immediately. Ballots are to be returned to the IECRE Secretariat (secretariat@iecre.org) no later than 2018-10-17.

NOTE: USNC/IECRE ballots to be submitted within two weeks to allow for resolution of any comments prior to the IEC deadline.
