Background:
According to the USNC Conformity Assessment Mirror Committee Operating Procedures, the USNC/IECRE shall elect a Vice-Chair to support the Chair in the handling of his duties.

In February, the USNC/IECRE Secretariat requested nominations for a new Vice-Chair. No other nominations were received.

Action:
The USNC/IECRE is requested to confirm the election of Bill Staby as Vice-Chair for a four-year term beginning 20-July-2026.
